Our refund and return policy is valid for 20 days from the date of purchase. If more than 20 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

• Corrupted or incomplete downloaded files.
• Digital products that do not match the description provided.
• Accidental multiple purchases of the same item.
• Failure to receive the download link or access to the file after purchase.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

• Gift cards.
• Downloadable digital products.
• Digital products that are in good condition or can be restored to their intended state.

If we are unable to repair or exchange the product, we will issue a full refund via PayPal or credit card. To process your refund, please provide proof of purchase, such as your order number and payment confirmation from PayPal or our payment processor.
